Late Arrivals & Uncollected Children
Late arrivals & uncollected child policy and procedure
Wherever possible, please inform the nursery if your child is due to be absent for a holiday, an appointment or if your child will not be attending their session due to illness.
Joeys reserves the right for full payment during any absences unless you have followed our fees policy in regards to holidays.
If you have not notified us that your child will be absent we will phone to check you are not just running late.
All absences are recorded and monitored in the interest of your child’s development and safeguarding.
If a child is not collected at the agreed booking time the following procedures will take place-
